sir kanino po ba pede maginquire about sa nclex pass letter with pearson vue photo? kasi po nagrequest ako sa CALI BON til now wala pa sila pinadala.. Reqt po kasi un sa reciprocity sa Vermont di o tuloy macomplete reqts..thanks po…

sir noy,
sa application po, ano po ang ilalagay ko sa state wherein they ask for the state, do i have to leave it blank or N/A lang? kasi di applicable state dito eh, city lang diba..at sa previous name(including maiden name) i dont have any previous names since im not married what do i hav to enter in that section pangalan ko lang din? at sa SSN section? do i have to leave it blank or n/a? and lastly sa type of program po, masters degree/nursing po diba? thanks for the help! soree and dami ko po tanong..

sir noy, yung kasama ba sa packet a to be submitted sa bon ca, na prc license to submit is yung ID CARD namin from prc. photocopy front and back? thanks a lot..

you can use that CES, you just have to contact CGFNS for additional CES report recipient which costs $60.

No, california doesnt last that long. but kung vermont ka, you need CES first, and it needs license verification.
