The Department of State has just released theDecember Visa Bulletin. Ordinarily the VB is released around the 15th of the month so this is a little early. 

The dates for employment based categories are:
EB1: all Current
EB2: all Current, except China (01Jun04) and India (01Jun03)
EB3: all 01May05, except China(01Feb02), India(01Oct01), and Mexico(01Sept02)
