CGFNS: New CES Reports

New CGFNS-CES Reports introduced
CGFNS Credentials Evaluation Services (CES) announced the creation of two new CES reports designed to address specific needs, starting on February 1, 2011.
These two new reports was named CES Professional Report and CES Academic Report, replacing CES Healthcare Profession and Science Report and CES Full Report, respectively.

CGFNS Services Fees: Plus $75 for Paper Application

CGFNS Application Forms 2010

CGFNS revised its Certification Program(CP, with Exam), Credential Evaluation Service(CES) and Credential Verification Service(CVS, for NY) forms and handbook for 2010. Visascreen Application forms and handbook remains the same with its 2008 version.

Here are some of the information on NCLEX Application at Vermont Board of Nursing for graduates of international nursing schools, including the Philippines.
Vermont requires:
- CES Report Application from CGFNS
- Vermont NCLEX Application Form
- Passport in lieu of SSN
- Payment thru money order, bankdraft.
Additional Notes:
- Vermont NCLEX Renewal is every odd year (e.g. 2011, 2013…)
- You can put your Vermont license in Inactive status.
