Hi there, this is Nonoy. Im not a nurse, but I’m hoping that somebody would bestow me the title “Honorary Nurse.” 
I’ve been helping nurses process their NCLEX, CGFNS, CES, CVS and VisaScreen Application for more than 3 years now, so I guess that makes me a credible reference. Also, I do have repositories of NCLEX softwares, practice tests CDs, Audio and Video Reviews, etc. available for downloads.
No, I dont have plans to be a nurse and take NCLEX. I just keep those for posterity. If you want some of those, contact me on how to avail.

depende sa state na aaplyan mo. matagal sa new york, it would take over 6 mos to receive eligibility.

hi nonoy, i actually just took my nclex last friday,heard about that pearsonvue trick, but my concern is this:
i never logged in to my account in pearson because for some reason my email ad was incorrectly inputted. so the pearson has to schedule it for me on the phone. now, yesterday monday oct. 11, i called pearson and they corrected my email and gave me my uder id and password and then i logged in.
I got the bad pop up,can i possibly be an exception to the pvt? just hoping because my case was different lol… thanks

you can try using pearsonvue trick. California doesnt have quick results.

How do one apply for the HAAB? all i know is they conduct the test also in Pearson testing center in Makati.

It’s not true. The difficulty of nclex doesnt depend on a state. Same lang yan lahat. The exam is adaptive, meaning it adjusts to your competency.

i passed my docs in brn california..and i was planning to take the exam there. but i found out that they wont allow applicants who dont have sss number in US to take the exam..and i dont have sss number..what am i suppose to do? i dont want to take it in phil..i only want in US.

the testing center doesnt matter, you just have to apply at another state.

ive read your comments at sobrang nakakatulong po kayo sa mga katulad namin. Anyway, i got questions po for you at sana you could give me inputs regarding my problems.
1. Califonia NCLEX passer po ako and still andito pa pinas since 3 years lang ang binigay nila for me to submit my ssn at mag-expire na this comng december 2010 gusto ko po sana i-endorse yung nclex pass letter ko sa vermont. kailangan pla ng ces…do you have any idea kung ilang weeks or months ang processing time nila sa ces (cgfns) meron na po ako visa screen do i need to start all over again? kelangan ba ulit ng otr, license sa prc para isubmit sa ces (cgfns)?
2. kapag nacomplete ko na yung requirements for endorsement to vermont mga ilang wks/ months ulit ang hihintayin ko? kasi less than 6 months na lang natitira before ma destroy yung file ko sa CA BON.

1. apply online, then you will know in the order status if you need to send the docs again.
2. dont worry about file destruction and abandonment, your nclex will still be valid. mabilis lang ang endorsement basta na comply mo na lahat ng requirements.

Hi!just want to ask the procedure regarding the reciprocity.I’m California NCLEX passer and it will be soon expired in November 2010 becauseI don’t have SS number.Is it possible if i’l apply for reciprocity in vermont inorder to get my license. Hi sir noy!Apply po ako ng VERMONT. Ang hindi ko lang maintindihan eh yung sinasabi nila na kelangan pa ng CES if hindi English ang gamit ng school ko sa Nursing program?Hindi ko magets yun.
Ibig bang sabihin,I still need to take cgfns before ako makaaply ng NCLEX dahil hindi lahat ng subjects(majors ba or kasali din ba ang minor subjects)eh english?I meanmay Fil.subject just like that.

sir noy, have’nt take the Nclex yet for California but currently I am waiting for my employer’s petition, my priority date by the way is May 2008. Having said that I can’t be eligible because of the SSS number requirement in Board of Nursing of CA. is it fine or appropriate if apply for Nclex examination in other State?What is the effect and consequence if I able to pass Nclex in other State granting that my employer has petitioned me in the State of CA?Lastly what are other States that you may suggest that I can apply for an Nclex examination whereby there will be no problem with the Board of Nursing of CA.?Thanks a lot and God bless..

you really need SSN in Cali application. It’s ok to apply at other states then endorse later on. Vermont, Arkansas, Saipan.

ei sir noy, im new here in ur site and upon reading ur post. u are so helpful.. may i ask a few questions: i have applied for CES and been waiting for the result for 1 month na, now they email me na needed pa daw po nila ung request for validation of transcript from my school, which i already send them my transcript last july pa, what shld i do po?? then i applied for science-science kasi un ang inaaplyan ng frend ko sa illinios, which is un din po ung target state ko po, ok lang po ba un?? and lastly can i apply na po ba for nclex while waiting for CES result, and how to apply po for illinois??? thanks for reading this..

Are you sure you done the steps right? Check your order status, maybe they updated it already.
Yes, HP/S for illinois. Yes you can, but they will wait your ces report still.

sir noy i want to ask how long is the eligibility in california board of nursing good for. hi sir noy!..just wanna ask poh…kasi poh i heard from a frnd na if ur planning to take NCLEX CA SSnumber is needed which can only be given to dos at CA or working there…so i opt for Vermont…what keeps bothering me now is i have here the copy of application form kaso for CA ata toh…wer will i get application for vermont?..and if ever i’ll have it okey lng poh bah to copy it sa msword,print and fill it out?..

You mean you want to apply at Illinois Board of Nursing? Yes, they don’t require SSN on NCLEX. Depende sayo kung saan mo gusto ipapadala ang mga mails.

hi. i find ur website very helpful. my question lang po is: i failed nclex 2x already (CA BON) and now naabutan me na need na ng SSN, i would like to apply sa vermont sana. do i need to apply again for cgfns CES report? or pwede na hindi dahil meron na akong record dun when i took my last exam.. paano po gagawin ko? or do i repeat everything?

Marami pong salamat sir Noy sa pagrerespond sa mga katanungan every now and then. Nagi-IELTS review palang ako (Jan 2010) pinagtatanungan ko na kayo eh hanggang sa pag-aapply for US state licensure, fingerprinting, info about Nursing in other countries, at ngayon NCLEX naman!
Oks lang kahit hindi niyo natatandaan name ko (dahil everytime may itanong ako lagi niyo ask kung saang US state ako nagfile ng application for licensure eh) hehehe, sa dami ba naman ng followers niyo eh noh! Basta importante nasasagot niyo naman nga questions ko. Siyempre may mga kakilala din akong mapagtatanungan pero busy sila lagi (mga nurses/profs eh). Kaya nga ako ng-google noon dahil sobrang desperate walang makasagot sa mga tanong ko. Buti pa kayo ang bilis magreply at laging online:) I’m always wondering nga ano ba trabaho niyo at may time kayong mag-entertain ng questions pero di ko nalang ask hehe. Sobrang helpful ng blog niyo sir. Kahit di ko madownload ung NCLEX softwares and audio reviewers, natutulungan ako sa ibang mga paraan. Yung mga short NCLEX tips every now and then, I treat them as friendly reminders (like coming from my conscience) kasi alam ko na yung mga yun pero pag paulit ulit na nababasa chaka ngsisink in yung mga info:) I’m really struggling reviewing for the NCLEX on my own (kasi sanay ako sa study groups and coaching ng mga prof like in review centers jan sa pinas before coming to US); ang kagandahan ng site niyo eh nakikita ko updates regarding some of my friends chaka timely and applicable yung mga posts ninyo. I prefer visiting your blog nga kesa sa ibang nurses’ blogs na malalaki na kasi dito bilis ang reply! hehe. Lalo nang mabilis ang reply online kasi baliktad tayo ng oras. Kahit nga early in the morning (Phil time) online na kayo eh! Salamat po talaga sa lahat! Maganda rin sa pakiramdam yung Pinoy ang nkakatulong sa’yo lalo na’t nasa foreign country ka. Bakit may CES ka na ba dati? I thought you applied sa California the last time, and Cali doesnt require CES. Pano ka nagkaroon?

Hi Nonoy, I took my Nclex exam in California last year November but unfotunately failed it. I am right now here in Pinas and i am thinking of retaking the Nclex dito sa atin sa Makati but different Nclex state, like Vermont. Can I use the documents I submitted sa BON Cali last year to Vermont to avoid the hazzle of documents prep? Can BON Cali transfer it to Vermont? Thanks much.

diba we have 2 yrs validity of Eligibility? what if 1st or 2nd time failed ka, do u need to re-apply for re-take sa ca BON for eligibility everytime na failed ka? OR, until valid pa ang eligibility pwede pang re-pay lang ng $200 & re-sked sa pearsonvue?…Thanks & God Bless you noy!

Sir Noy I have a slight problem I hope you can give me an advice. Nag apply na kasi ako online ng CES sa CGFNS to be used as a requirement for the State of Vermont. Fully paid na yung CES, so nirerequire na nila ako to submit the following:
– Validation(s) of your original and current international registration/license as a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse from the issuing authority(s)
– Full academic records/transcripts of all healthcare degree/diploma programs completed outside of the U.S.
– A completed “Request for Academic Records” form-for nurses only
– Documentation of your secondary school (high school) education
Ang problem ko is yung sa last requirement. Yung sa secondary education ko. Photocopy ata ng diploma yung hinihingi? Pero hindi ko na makita yung Highschool Diploma ko. Tumawag ako sa school ko nung highschool asking if they can issue me another diploma. Pero hindi na daw sila nag iissue ng diploma. What they can give me is a certification na I was issued a diploma before, and that I graduated from their school. Will that be ok to submit to CGFNS in place dun sa missing diploma ko? Hindi ba ako ma qquestion regarding this? Please help. I’m really saddened by this. Thanx.
