New Website for RN Heals Program
A new website has been designed exclusively for RN Heals program applicants. This was done to ease the traffic out of DOLE’s main site due to heavy volumes of nurse-applicants. You can check out RN Heals site at http://www.nars.dole.gov.ph/ if you want to apply, check the status of application or get more information about this latest project for nurses.
Added details about the requirements of RN Heals nurses are as follows:
- With valid nurse license issued by the PRC
- Resident of the identified CCT area/s. Click here for the complete list of these areas.
- Medical certificate issued by government hospital starting that the applicant is fit to work
- NARS Project drop-outs will not be considered

BON to Nurse Administrators: Consider safety and quality of volunteer nurses

In view of the recent developments and issues about nurse-volunteerism, the Professional Regulation Commission(PRC), thru the Board of Nursing (BON), issued a statement reminding nursing service administrators to look after the safety and “extent of responsibilities and accountabilities of nurses while on volunteer practice.”

US nursing shortage numbers show that there will not be enough Registered Nurses to fill the need in the next several years. Thus, US Department of Labor predicts that employment of Registered Nurses is expected to grow 23 percent between 2006 and 2016 with 587,000 new jobs.

how will you get your control number??? nag error kasi sa comp eh, then naescape, then Im registered. Now, di ko po alam yung control number ko. di ko tuloy ma check status ko… help please. Thanks in advance,,
