Reminders before taking the HAAD exam
Checklist for HAAD exam
If you have registered to take HAAD exam in any Pearsonvue Testing Center, check these things out:
- Correct Identifications. You must bring at least two valid, original IDs and show it to admission. For international testing centers, Passport should be
one and another government issued ID like drivers license, PRC ID, etc. Photocopies of IDs will not be accepted. Failure to show correct identification means refusal of admission for Haad exam, forfeiture of fees and cancellation of exam. - Booking confirmation. Print out and show your booking confirmation issued by Pearsonvue. This is the one emailed to you after scheduling your HAAD exam.
- Go to Test Center early. Pearsonvue suggests that you arrive at Test Center 30 minutes before the appointment. But, just like in NCLEX, we suggest you arrive 1 hour before. This will give you ample time to complete admission procedures and relax yourself before taking the HAAD exam. If you arrive late, they won’t allow you to test, and your payments will be forfeited.

If you intend to work for a nursing job in UAE, one of the requirements is passing the HAAD exam for nurses. HAAD or Health Authority-Abu Dhabi is the regulatory body for all healthcare related professions, including Nursing, in UAE.

i am a professional caregiver with tesda license in the philippines. i want to ask if there is an exam for caregiver licensing here in abu dhabi? what are the requirements to get the license and when is the schedule of exam?
