NCLEX Registration and Payment using bank draft
Welcome to Nurse.Nonoy.Net! You can also subscribe to my feeds, get Email updates or socialize with me thru Facebook, Facebook Group and Twitter!
There are two methods of payment: Online using Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) or by Mailing the fee (in Bankdraft, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order) together with registration
form.
If you have credit card, I suggest you do the online registration. See my online NCLEX Registration post here. If you want to pay using bankdraft, etc. here are the steps:
1. Go to www.pearsonvue.com/nclex. Click the ‘Register’ button, as shown below.
2. Select ‘Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order’ as method of payment.
3. On Examination Registration Form window, instructions are stated on how to go on with the process. Read carefully. Press ‘Start Online Registration Form‘ button, as shown below.
4. Fill up necessary information on the form. Those with red asterisks (*) are required fields. You can opt not to answer other fields. In the Education Program Code put 99425, the code for Philippines. Country code is 465. You can leave Foreign Postal Code blank. If done, click ‘Review Registration’.
5. The window will allow you to review your entries. Click ‘Edit/Change’ if you need to make corrections. Then ‘Submit Registration’ if you’re done.
6. Last page will display ‘Registration Confirmation’ form ready for printing. Click ‘Print Confirmation Page’ to print the form.
7. Check the printed Registration Form for corrections. Mail the printed Registration Form with your payment of $200 in bankdraft, Cashier’s check, certified check or money order (in US currency, payable to National Council of State Boards of Nursing) to:
NCLEX Operations
P.O. Box 64950
ST. PAUL, MN 55164-0950
Notes:
- Do not staple the payment(bankdraft, money order, etc.) to the Registration Form.
- Do not send personal check or cash, your registration form and fee will be returned to you.
Upon receipt of your form and payment, Pearsonvue will notify your state board of nursing about your NCLEX Registration. Then if you’re eligible, Pearsonvue will send your NCLEX ATT to your email.
If you have other questions, you can contact Pearsonvue directly. Or as always, you can ask me Nonoy.

just a simple piece of advice get your bank draft from BPI they will just get the funds from your peso account, and issue a bank draft in us denomination.
use LBC in sending it- they charge 1300 to vermont, fedex charges 2600. LBC is fast as fedex, 3 days to arrive to vermont.
just two word of advise BPI and LBC.
I am not connected with the said companies.

You will pay the $200 online upon registering. $150 will be later, when you’re scheduling.

Do i need to make an acknoledgement letter from my pinsan/approval, statement na ung pinsan ko ang magbabayad inbehalf sa akin? tanggapin kaya nila yung payment? Many thanks sir nonoy.
