Nevada NCLEX ApplicationIf you’re a foreign nurse and wishes to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Nevada, you have to mind these things before you submit NCLEX application:

  • CES application
  • Nevada NCLEX Application form
  • Fingerprint Cards
  • Payments

Nevada NCLEX Application Notes:

  • Nevada State Board of Nursing requires Social Security Number (SSN). Nevada NCLEX Applications will be accepted for processing without a U.S. SSN but a permanent license will not be issued without an SSN.
  • Your NCLEX application for licensure is valid for one year from the date received by the Board, so be sure to complete the application within that period. It is your responsibility to follow up with the Board to determine the ongoing status of your NCLEX application.
  • NCLEX Results: The Nevada Board will mail test results to your address of record. You should receive the written results within three to four weeks after the examination. The Board will not give you the results over the telephone.
  • The Board no longer issues hard card licenses/certificates. You can check your license online.
