naguumpisa pa lang po kasi ako mag process ng application ko for NCLEX-florida..i already have my applicationform..tanong ko lang po after printing and filing up the form, what should i do next? Send ko na po ba agad sa mailing address nila? Pano po ung transcripts na kelangan from my graduate school? pano ko po makukuha? tnx po..

I PASSED CGFNS EXAM LAST MARCH 2005 BUT UNFORTUNATELY I FAILED THE IELTS EXAM, IT EXPIRED ALREADY. IF IM GOING TO TAKE CGFNS AGAIN DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW SAME PROCESS AGAIN? DO I NEED TO SEND DOCUMENTS FROM SCHOOL FOR RE ASSESSMENT?

Hello there Sir Noy. I am a registered nurse planning to take the NCLEX for NY, will you help me out? what forms do i need to accomplish and submit for application? this will really be an enormous help, really am in the dark right now, i do not have any idea how to start my application. Tanong ko lang po kung may darating ba sa akin na eligibility letter. I’m applying for Illinois. Napadala ko po yung lahat ng requirements ko nung February pa. please help me sir. Tumawag kasi ako sa kanila ang sabi wala daw dun yung name ko. Nu po ibig sabihin nun? thank you sir..

hi sir noy!

kasi po honestly di ko alam kung pano magsstart sa pagapply ko sa NCLEX. sa Illinois po sana kasi dun po husband ko. right now po on going po yung petition ko. di pa po ako nakakapag review and di ko po alam kung dapat na po ba ako magapply for NCLEX and kung ano po requirements dun. medyo naguguluhan po kasi ako kasi bka mainterview na po ako next month iniisip ko po kung gano katagal application para sa illinois. help nman po please..

sir ako ulit. kc ung application ko s cgfns ung CES, pg mgprint nko ng forms ung pra s skul eh bitin ung address ko, kulang ng mga 6 letters, pnu po kya yun?pero tama nmn po yung lgay ko. pnu po kya ggwin dun?

  You can request it from the board or if there’s a way you can get a blank fbi card (fd-258) pwede rin yan.

  Las Vegas is in Nevada, so you have to download the application form from nevada BON

Oh by the way sir Noy, where could I get the form for the school that I graduated? When I downloaded the form of new mexico it only says “N.M NURSING SCHOOL GRADUATES ONLY”? Can I use this form for my school? Hope to hear from you again sir Noy. big tnx

May i ask po kung san ko po pwedi i-download yung application form ng Arizona, kasi sabi nung link sa taas for Arizona, eh page cannot be displayed.
Could you please lend me a hand… Thank you po.
btw, pag may nadownload po ako, I’ll just have to print and fill it out po ba then send it to Arizona’s BON? Thanks po ulit!
