If you want to contact Pearsonvue Customer Service to request a copy of NCLEX ATT, you can do it online. Here are the steps:

1. Go to http://pearsonvue.com/contact/asiapac/customerservice/. Fill up the form, especially the required fields (with *).

2. Be sure to put NCLEX in the Testing Program field. It will be easier for Pearsonvue to know what exam are you concerned about.

3. In the Comments/Questions text box, you can follow this sample message to Pearsonvue:

Good day,

I have registered and paid $200 for NCLEX-RN Testing but I haven’t received my ATT yet. Apparently, there’s a discrepancy with my email in California database, and I’ve already contacted them about it.

Please resend my ATT to my correct email (state your correct email).

Thanks.

I’ve sampled California board of nursing above for it’s the usual case. You can state your own situation/reason for requesting a copy. Allow 3-4 business days to receive a response from Pearsonvue in your email.
