How to apply online for CGFNS CES Report in any state
The CGFNS International Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) analyzes the 
credentials of multiple types and levels of health care professionals who are educated outside of the United States and who wish to pursue licensure (by NCLEX) or academic admission in the United States.
There are two methods of CES Application, online and using downloadable paper forms. The online CES Application is cheaper, for CGFNS charges extra $75 for any paper application of their services. Also, please take note that there are two types of CES report: Full and Healthcare Profession and Science Report. I suggest that you contact your state board of nursing (or read instructions) and ask what type report they require.

Check my post about CES application, it applies to all states, examination or endorsement. Check also the NCLEX Pass endorsement of Vermont for instructions. Basically, its the same with application by examination, but you have to request ‘Copy of Test Result’ (Candidate Report) from Cali, tapos attach mo sa application sa Vermont.

about CES for Vermont; nakalagay sa status ko yung prc license RECEIVED. yung college TOR ko at HS Records still waiting. my problem is yung dalawang natitirang documents ako nagpadala sa manila post office different day via express mail. now after one week sabi ng post office Aug. 3 and 4 dumating na yung mga document sa Philadelpia address ng CES. bakit kaya till now wala man lang update ang status ng paper ko nareceive kaya nila yun?

I have problem regarding with my ces application, I have already complied all to their requirements and they accepted it except for my transcript validation from my nursing school. They sent me a copy of letter which they sent to my school requiring no. of hours in some specific subjects, the problem is some of those subjects were taken from another school which I have not include to list on my application although my former school have forwarded all my credentials or rather my transcript to my nursing school. The school where I graduated attached my former school transcript to my transcript validation, so is it ok or better Request for another Academic Records/Transcripts to my former school? I am so really really confused… I’m afraid they won’t approve my application and my nclex- cali exam will lapse this november. Makakahabol pa kaya ako sa pag endorse sa vermont? please help me on this matter. Thank you. and more on this, according to my nursing school my former school should be the one to fill up the no. of hours kasi dun ko raw kinuha yung mga “subjects” na yun.

Yes, you dont have to send if it’s waived.
Medyo natatagalan na ngayon ang CES, maybe because of the volume of applicants. Just be patient and check from time to time.

Sir, I also saw the “download”able portion of this document : Have u passed the NCLEX -RN, and i wanted to say YES, but in the online application format, there is no such question. So, when the CES application printout came out (Step 11), it had a NO box marked. THERE is no place to edit that. Help!

CES has license verification form that you have to pass to PRC. I dont think they will process it if you dont have license.

You can pay online first. Basta bring lang the usual requirements, e.g. prc id, tapos ung form ng CES etc.

If your diploma or certifcate is not in English, you must attach a literal English translation, not a summary. The following
sentence, referred to as the Certifcate of Accuracy, must be typed or written at the end of the translation and must be
signed by the translator. It does not need to be notarized. Secondary school certifcates or diplomas do not need to be
translated by an “ofcial” translator.
Example of Certifcate of Accuracy
This is to certify that this is a true and correct English translation of the attached photocopy of the original [insert name
of document] of [insert applicant name].

My credentials were forwarded to the school I graduated nursing, when do you say it is accredited so I would only need one school to complete the forms? I am here in Ohio and producing the paperwork from the paperwork adds to the delay.

We have a case where the subjects taken from the previous school were indicated in the TOR, and it was accepted by CES. So it’s really up to the evaluator if it would suffice or they will require you to submit from both schools.

Hi Sir Noy, can i send my original high school diploma instead of a certified photocopy of it? the school no longer certifies a true copy because they told me i have to ask the DepEd bout it. And it requires me a lot of stuff before i can request for it. so i was thinking what if i just get an original HS diploma from the school and submit it? and another thing sir Noy, if i were to submit the certified photocopy of my HS diploma, can i just have some other photocopier stamp it with a cert. true copy and have my HS principal sign it. is it ok sir noy?

Hi!I remember we had a conversation about the existence of the status “Ready for Final Review” after the Ready for Reivew.i would just like to confirm that there is really a Ready for Final Review for the information of all since it is not written in their website..My order status just changed from ready for review to ready for final review..Then the status of the documents changes from “Received” to “Meets all program requirements”..Additional information,that was 8 weeks and 2 days of waiting..

finally got my CES Report issued..by the way,just for the info of all fellow RNs applying for the CES,after the “Ready for Final Review”,next will be “in QA Review” which in my case just took only hours on that status before it changed to “Report Issued”..My CES Report was processed for almost 9 weeks..I still think that its a case to case basis though..so what happened to me does not really apply to everyone..I just like to give an idea to everyone applying for CES on how long does it usually take to get the CES report..

i applied for CES for the state of Florida. i would just like to ask how long is the processing time for that report?
and when i’ll receive it, is there any expiration date for that report? will i immediately file for my elibility to take the NCLEX-RN once i’ll receive the CES? thanks.

Case to case, but oftentimes its 6-8 weeks. Yeah 1 yr validity.
