How to apply online for CGFNS CES Report in any state

hi sir good day i just processed my ces online and i printed both the License Validation Request which i gave to PRC and Academic Records Request to my college i would like to ask po sir kung ano ang next step because i recieved an email that the CGFNS CES requires:
a. Validation(s) of your original and current international registration/license as a registered nurse from the issuing authority(s)–done
b. Full academic records/transcripts of all healthcare degree/diploma programs completed outside of the U.S.
c. A completed “Request for Academic Records” form-for nurses only–done
d. Documentation of your secondary school (high school) education
sa naintindihan ko po nagawa ko na ang letter a and c am i correct?
sir pahabol na tanong kailangan ko po bang mag lagay ng signature sa both forms nakalimutan ko kasi mag sign sa form na ibinigay ko sa prc.

pagkatapos ko pong mag-process ng CGFNS-CES nung march nag hintay lang ako ng reply in-open ko yung account ko ang naka-lagay “Ready for Review[?]” ano po ang ibig sabihin nito dapat na ba ako mag process para sa NCLEX exam ko? or mag review para sa NCLEX? kailan ko po matanggap ang CGFNS certificate ko? thank you very much po.

good day po sir tanong ko lang po sa Minnesota kailangan pa nang cgfns qualifying exam or ces lang kasi sabi po ng review center na tumutulong sa akin for nclex application cgfns exam daw yung requirement para sa nclex nila hindi ces pero sabi po ng agency na inapplayan ko ces lang ang required sa Minnesota. kasi na-issue na po ang ces ko. tnx very much po sir.
