How to apply online for CGFNS CES Report in any state

The CGFNS International Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) analyzes the 
credentials of multiple types and levels of health care professionals who are educated outside of the United States and who wish to pursue licensure (by NCLEX) or academic admission in the United States.
There are two methods of CES Application, online and using downloadable paper forms. The online CES Application is cheaper, for CGFNS charges extra $75 for any paper application of their services. Also, please take note that there are two types of CES report: Full and Healthcare Profession and Science Report. I suggest that you contact your state board of nursing (or read instructions) and ask what type report they require.

Sir Noy meron po bang State na hindi na nagrerequire ng CES/CVS.. mahal din po kasi…
Another question po.. mahirap po ba kung ako lang mag isa mag process.. matagal po ba.. or mas preffered niyo mag agency ako… mahal din po kasi agency

– send the payment (paano po pwedi magbayad kung walang credit card? pwedi po ba na yung parents ko na nasa states ang magbayad nun? kung ako naman po ang magbabayad na nandito sa PHL paano ko po mabibigay sa kanila?)
– send the high school tor (pati po ba diploma?)
– send the college tor (pati po ba rle at diploma?)
– send the request for validation of registration/license (san ko pa makukuha tong form na to and ibibigay ko po ba sa prc at sila magse-send via snail mail?)
2. to summarize, paano ko po i-sesend yung mga hard copy na xerox na requirement? via snail mail po ba lahat? and sino po magsesend ng mga yun, ako po ba, yung school or yung prc?

No need to send the filled up application. Let them login to your account and pay. Just send the HS diploma. If you read my post above, there forms to be printed and bring to school and PRC.

Ah, edi yung request for academic records ise-send ng school, then yung request for validation of registration, prc naman ang magsesend, so hiwalay sila darating ng cgfns office tama po ba?
Yung HS diploma at yung payment naman ako magsesend, tama po ba?
Kung ibalik naman ng school yung request for academic records with the tor at rle sa akin, pweding ako na magpadala sa cgfns and then isasabay ko sa HS diploma ko at payment? tama po ba sir?thanks

ang college docs dapat manggaling sa school, or it must appear to be so. ang HS diploma dapat galing sa yo, so separate.

Sir Noy,
I just passed the july 2010 local board and i have already registered for my RN license last september 22, 2010 at the PRC cebu branch. i have a problem sir Noy because the PRC wont validate my license unless they can already release the plastic license so i can’t apply for my eligibility to take NCLEX for Vermont and i need to take the NCLEX as soon as possible.I dont know how many months will it take before they release my license. Dont they have my license number already on their computer? I guess they only need my license number to fill up the CES form. Why is the PRC requiring me to wait until the license will be released when they were able to do it for other nurses same situation as me during the previous months. Is there a new protocol? Pls help me on this Sir coz i really need to take NCLEX as soon as possible. How should i persuade them to fill up my CES form without me having to wait for my plastic license.

sir, kumuha ako ng license verification kahapon sa prc for CES, ngayon ko lang nalaman na mali pala yung nilagay ko na date of graduation dapat March 22, 23 ang nailagay ko dun sa form, are they very strict about this? ok lang kaya yun? thank you.

Hi Sir Noy, May tanong lang. Last jan. 2009 nagtake na ako ng NCLEX sa California but I failed then since ang Ca. humingi ng SSN# even renewal so I decided mag-apply ng ibang state. So pagmag-apply ng ibang state ito ba ay renewal or new application na? Then ask u recommendation if what state ang mas madali na magapply? Talaga bang we need to pass on CES sa ating mga application? Thank you po.

Anyway I applied for CES HP&S online and already sent my transcripts to CGFNS. I also had my license verified at PRC the moment after I got my plastic license. I am about to mail my HS diploma separately.
What bugs me is that when I check my order status at my CGFNS account, it seems that PRC hasn’t sent yet the required papers. I validated my license nuon pang October 27 so I’m wondering. Can it be because I just passed the July 2010 NLE that’s why CGFNS didn’t receive my lic. validation yet?

sir Noy, The status of my liscence validation in Cgfns was received but not accepted, there was a note that Prc did not put an expiration date or indicated that it is a lifetime practice. As per Cgfns, they have sent a letter to PRC reg this matter. Im out of the country right now and Im thinkin if PRC would respond to cgfns or do I really need to follow it up at PRC and ask to fill out another liscence validation form?

Sir I read the handbook for the CGFNS they said something about sending also my SAT results or the exam result of the certain exam you take in high school to see your competence but during my time that exam was already pulled out. Does that mean i only have to send my high school diploma and TOR? Thank you again po.

Sir, i just need to ask, how long it usually takes for the credentials evaluation to be completed? It stated in the application form that it takes “several weeks”, do you know exactly how many weeks?

It depends on the number of applicants. sometimes it’s done in a month, other times longer.

(i’m worried that if the report says I have to take the CP it would burden my mom financially, esp. since CES alone costs $385.)

You dont have to take CP, just the CES for Vermont.

Sir Noy, Can i send a photocopy of my HS diploma which was Certified True Copy by the printshop only. Our School can’t do so because they require me to pass it to DFA first for the Red Ribbon and the DepEd regional will be the ones to certify true copy my photocopied HS Diploma which is a very long process for me considering that i am far from the Cebu City and more expenses for travel. So is it Ok if the Printshop will be the ones to put the Certified True Copy or would it be better for me to send to CGFNS my Original Diploma??? PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS SIR!

sir nonoy,just wanna ask u po. kc nadoble un nailagay kong primary and secondary level of educ ko sa account ko sa cgfns while trying to apply online. i tried to delete it kso ala nman sa options available on that page(educ.overview). dko pa po itinuloy application ko till maayos ko muna sna un. ask ko lang po,”HOW CAN I DELETE D DUPLICATED INFO. and is it possible na MAGCREATE NG BAGONG ACCOUNT NLANG SA CGFNS pra mas ok na sna and HOW TO CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT GIVEN NA MY NAME IS ALREADY EXISTING IN THEIR FILE”.

sir noy paki explain nman po, nalilito lang ako re sa online application ko ng CES, I already have a previous record pero through mail pa ung application ko dati. Nag-aappear ung Phil. license ko at ung 3 schools ko ksi 2nd courser ako. di ko alam kung preho kong pipiliin ung 2 college schools or ung nursing school lang. tnx

i live here in SC now as an immigrant, ang question ko lang po, kailangan ko pa bang mag submit ng high school diploma 1984 ba ako graduate? I am a second courser and I will be taking the SC nclex, nalilito kasi ako kung kailangan pa ng high school diploma, parang may nabasa ako na pag more than 10 years ka ng graduate parand di na kailangan.
another question, kailangan ba dalawang school padalhan ko ng request? kasi second courser ako at ang first ko ay hindi related sa medical.

Prc license verification (manila) response right away the moment i sent them my paperworks, less than a week napadala na nila , yun nga lang regular mail sila sa prc, supposed to be ako magpapadala via fedex pero inunahan nila ako kaya naging regular mail (21 days narecv ng cgfns)
my TOR @ nursing school process for 4 weeks, then after 2 weeks nman narcv ng cgfns coz its xmas holiday that time (fedex) . i sent them my HS diploma. 5 days regular mail (HI-Penn)

Hi Sir Noy, I am a registered nurse from Philippines and I am applying for a CGFNS CES report for me to complete my NCLEX application. Wayback 2006, I submitted all my credentials (HS Diploma, College TOR, License Verification from PRC…etc.) needed for me to take the CGFNS Exam but unfortunately failed the exam. I am now applying to take the NCLEX Exam since CGFNS Certification is no longer needed here in the state of New Jersey.
My problem is when I apply for a CES report they still asking me for a License Verification Form from PRC which i already submitted wayback 2006. Does anyone encounter this kind of problem before? Is there an expiration with regards to License Verification? My PRC License is current. Thank you!

sir noy me tanong lang po ako, nandito na kasi ako sa hawaii and i passed my nclex exam last feb 2010. i plan to endorse it here in hawaii. so as initial requirement i need my credentials be checked first. so gumawa ako ng account then nagfill out but there is an error ako nagawa
ung sa primary school ko nadoble ng input. so lumalabas na dalawang entry with same info ok lang po kaya un? i already paid it thru credit card just now.
and also the one that really confuse me,yung sa recepient ng report. kasi po diba mageendorse palang ako ng license. do i need to make the BON here in hawaii the recepient or sa akin na muna ipadala yung approved CES report? tas on the latter part ako nalang magbibigay sa bon dito?
