Here’s the latest update about Vermont NCLEX application posted at vtprofessionals.org:
International Nurses:
As of July 1, 2009 allnew International Applicants are required to obtain a Credentials Evaluation Service Report from either of the following companies:

PLEASE NOTE: Applications postmarked ON or AFTER July 1, 2009 will be returned if they are not on the current application form (posted July 1, 2009). If your application was received or postmarked PRIOR to July 1, 2009, you do NOT need to go through one of these agencies; your application will be processed according to the review policies in place prior to July 1, 2009.

CES doesn’t need your nclex result, just the license verification from PRC. Pero Vermont needs your NCLEX result from california.

Kuya noy, do i still need to pay the amount for CES if I am CGFNS passer? Bali instruct ko lang and CGFNS to do the Vermont-Specific CES, forward na nila yun dba? no need to sent again all the papers for CES.

If you have CGFNS certificate, then you can forward it to vermont. You dont have to process CES.

visa screen requirements as far as i know…:
1.) passed nclex/CGFNS exam
2.) IELTS
3.) all the school stuff and prc stuff
correct me if i’m wrong. =)
you can only have the SSN when you get to the U.S.. you need to file/apply for it personally when you get there.

valid for a year, so dapat ma eligible ka na sa nclex application before it expires. no it wouldnt.

Hello Nurse Noy, my bf and I, our CES is already ready for review in http://www.cgfnsinternational.com. What will we do after? Are we supposed to wait sa CGFNS to send the copy to us or sila na ang mg send sa Vermont Board of Nursing. What should be our step now?

Wait for the CES report to be mailed by CGFNS to Vermont. Then you can apply sa Vermont.

You can check it in your Online status. and they will mail a copy of CES report.

Nurse Noy, just received a notification from CGFNS through my email that our CES report was already issued to Vermont. When will we send our papers to Vermont? We’ll send it now or we’ll wait for a week or so until Vermont receives our CES?

CES report is sent electronically. You can start your Vermont NCLEX Application.

You mean the CGFNS exam? most states dont require it.
