December 2008 Visa Bulletin

The Department of State has just released theDecember Visa Bulletin. Ordinarily the VB is released around the 15th of the month so this is a little early.
The dates for employment based categories are:
EB1: all Current
EB2: all Current, except China (01Jun04) and India (01Jun03)
EB3: all 01May05, except China(01Feb02), India(01Oct01), and Mexico(01Sept02)
As expected, these dates are unchanged from last month’s VB.

The February Visa Bulletin has been released by US Department of State, showing very little movement in the employment based categories. The EB2 and EB3 categories moved just several days from the January Visa Bulletin.

US Department of State released the latest Visa Bulletin, and as expected there’s a slight movement of EB-3 for priority dates for Philippines to August 15, 2003.

Yung SSN ay para lg sa mga us citizen, legal aliens, at sa mga nag wowork na dun. Kailangan nyo ang ielts para sa visa screen.
