Eligibility in California is used to be at 2 years. But Ive heard reports recently that it was shortened to a year. But the ATT is valid for a year. Just check your eligibility letter.

The address you submitted will be the mailing address where you will receive state board’s correspondence. If you think their you will still receive their mails with that address, then ok lang yan. But if not, you have to contact them to make changes. On what state did you apply?

Ok lang yan, it will just serve as your mailing address. I think their mails makakaabot naman sa inyo. Yung phone, ganun talaga yan.

If you wanna schedule your exam outside US, then you have to call. Use the numbers on the second page of your ATT. You can call Asia Pac hotline from 6:30am to 4pm, or the Europe hotline from 4pm up.

Your approval is valid for 1 year. Within that period you can register at Pearson and send to Vermont your Candidate ID, then Pearson will issue your ATT. So you wouldnt be issued ATT and counting of 90 days wouldnt start if 1) you havent register or 2) you registered but hadnt sent to Vermont the Candidate ID. Again, you can only delay it for a year.

That’s your eligibility letter. You have 1 year to register at Pearsonvue, else it would expire. After registration, Pearson will issue your ATT thru email. Then the 90 day period starts. You must schedule and take the exam within that 90 days or else your registration will be forfeited.

I apologize for the inconvenience it caused you, but it’s the first time somebody posted that I gave out wrong information. If you applied at California, then its correct that you have to mail the 3 forms and your TOR and RLE summary separate from the forms and documents I specified in Packet 1, and you must make it appear that the school mailed it by sending it from the city where your school is located. You must’ve misunderstood the instructions…or if your docs was lost, dont blame it on me.

No, what you did was right. Ca BRN wouldnt accept it if you mailed it together with personal docs. There are cases that Ca BRN hadnt received the second packet yet before they made the notice of deficiency..or nawala sa piling of docs.

Thats correct. Packet two must be mailed directly by the school, as stated in the instructions. Since schools in the Phils usually give it back to students, you just have to make it appear as such.

First of all, have your ATT and Credit Card ready. The first thing that the Pearson agent will ask is the Candidate ID Number for he/she will type it in their database. Then your details will flash in his/her screen. To verify that you really are the candidate he/she will ask your name, address, email, bday, phone number etc. and he/she will compare what you say with their records. Then he/she will ask your Authorization Number and after that the agent will ask where are you going to take the exam and your preferred date and time. Next the agent will check if your preferred date and time is available; if its ok he/she will ask to charge you $150 thru credit card. First up is the card type (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc) then the card number (usually 16 digits), the expiration date, the security code (last 3 digits at the back) and the card holder’s name. That’s it!

If you’re taking the nclex in testing centers outside US, passport is the only accepted ID. All other IDs will only support your identity but you have to present the passport and ATT for you to be allowed to take the test.

Accdg to Ca instructions you have to submit transcripts from all schools and universities you attended that has courses required for nursing. But since the school you graduated from accredited your subjects from previous school, we have cases like yours that submitted only the TOR from the school they graduated..and they were approved and made eligible.

Illinois Board of Nursing requires license verification from all international graduates, so you have to be licensed in the Phils to be made eligible.

Most states require local license in application for license by nclex. So if it’s not that much of a trouble, take the philippine board.

You can try applying in California. Instead of sending photocpy of local license, just send an explanation letter stating that you dont intend to work in the Phils thats why you didnt take the NLE. Saipan pwede rin walang local license kaya lg we discourage everybody there for various reasons.
