hi sir! im planning to endorse my conditional license from hawaii to vermont. do i need to pass a vermont specific CES report to them? i already have it before i took the NCLEX for Hawaii. what are the other requirements? they are requiring me to write an explanation letter, how will i explain to them why i wasn’t able to get an SSN which is a requirement to obtain permanent license in Hawaii.

I’m planning to file an application to IDAHO board of nursing however the requirements are not that comprehensive…
Do they need CES/SSN before processing my NCLEX application like the other states?

1. In school and license verification is with CES.
2. Yes, CES first before Vermont NCLEX Application
3. You must be looking at an old post, CES is not required then. Check the latest post on Vermont Application here.

GOOD DAY! I’m planning to take NCLEX exam for Vermont. I want to ask for the following:
1. I downloaded the updated form for NCLEX but it has no PRC and school verification. Is it connected with CES?
2. How about the CES, do i need to apply first on this matter before I can take an nclex?
3. How about in this site, why is it being stated that there’s no need for CES?
I would like to ask for any clarification regarding this matter. thank you.

Hi i am aregistered nurse andi work asan RGN in londonbefore but i already resigned bec i want to review for this nclex but until i dont have any approval yet its been 6 months since they recieved my papers.I have my agency but i can get through with thier cntact number and i leave message too but they didnt reply my e mailpleasehelp

The application process and forms in VT has been changed since July 1. You have to process CES first, which requires verification of license. No more VoL and VoE to vermont, just the CES instead.
