Sir noy, nabasa ko ko yung note nyo sa taas na yung diploma, tor from sch and verification of license pedeng isend under 1 packet provided na sealed yung envelop ng tor and license separatly. This goes sa lhat ng CES application regardles of what state magnnclex, tama po ba?

Yung form na galing sa CES, hanapin mo ung Request for Academic Records tapos dalhin mo sa school para fill-upan tapos enclosed nila ang TOR, Course desc and RLE summary tapos send nila sa CGFNS.

you can mail it yourself, not with transcript.

hi sir..i’m done with my online registration at pearson vue. it is said here that i should email my candidate number with my name and date of birth at foreign_nurse@sec.state.vt.us and that it should be written the same way it is written in my passport. Is that it sir? no form to download,etc?
