After several months of processing and waiting, the State Board of Nursing where you applied in finally approved your nclex application and sent you eligibility letter. What should you do next? Well, ready your $200 and register with Pearsonvue Professional Testing for your NCLEX Exam. Here are the steps:
How to Register at Pearsonvue for NCLEX-RN Testing and ATT
1. Go to www.pearsonvue.com/nclex
2. Click the Register link.
3. Click the Credit Card link. Pearsonvue will direct you to Personal Information.
4. Fill in your details as shown below. Click Next.
5. Enter your Address and Phone number. Follow the correct format below. Click Next.
6. Complete more fields as shown below. Click Next.
7. Create your own username, 6 or more characters. You will need this when logging in to your Pearsonvue account to update your details, check for available schedules, etc. Password will be emailed to you by Pearsonvue later. Click Next.
8. Type of Exam: Click the NCLEX-RN radio button. Next.
9. Choose the Pearsonvue Testing Center where you would like to test. Next.
10. More details. If you’re first time NCLEX taker, click NO on first 3 questions. Then on the Nursing Program, drop down to Philippines. Wait for the page to refresh. Leave the City and Program Code fields blank. Click Search. Wait for the Pearsonvue page to refresh.
11. Click the PHILIPPINES radio button. Wait for page to refresh. Select your month and year of graduation and your Board of Nursing. Click Next.
12. Billing. If you’re using another person’s Credit Card or if your address is different from the Card’s billing address, UNCHECK the Billing address matches address below box, wait for the page to refresh, and supply the Address and the Telephone number. Then supply the to Pearsonvue your Credit Card Information. Click NEXT.
13. Confirm the registration by checking the Confidentiality agreement box and clicking the Confirm Registration button. Pearsonvue will automatically send you an email acknowledging your registration to the email you provided at the outset. Then your ATT will follow hours or days later, depending on your Board of Nursing, because they will be the one to give the go signal to Pearsonvue that you’re eligible to take the exam.

Hi Sir Noy. Nakapag register na ako sa PearsonVue. Tanong ko lang po kasi natangap ko na confirmation ko from Pearson Vue. Ang problem ko yung name ko kulang ng isang letter sa second name ko kasi wala nang space. triny kong puntahan yung sa update profile pero hinde mo pwede mapalitan yung name. e may note dun na yung name dapat same na mag aappear sa official ID na ippresent sa testing site. Ano po mangyayari pag ganun? Ok lang ba yun? Thanks

ai sir noy, tanong ko lang po meron po bang expiry ang pag sesend ng candidate number id sa vermont? kakatangap ko lang po ng candidate id number ko dec 1 from pearson vue via email, diba pagnakuha ko na yun need ko i-email sa vermont yung ID number ko para masabihan nila yung pearson vue na irelease ang att ko. May limited time lang po ba yun na dapat masend ko na sa vermont? yung application ko mag expire this dec 28. help pls ^_^ thanks

Send mo na before your expiration. Send mo na ngayon, then your att will be issued and 90 days will start.

Hi Sir!
medyo mahaba po ito. pasensya na po.sinubmit ko po yung application ko together with the fee sa U.S. last June pa po of this year. bale yung auntie ko na yung nagsend when she went back to CA. i received a letter last Sept., asking for additional documents, i.e. Transcript (both theory and clinical hours) and Clinical portion of transcript or RLE. I sent it last October 1 pa po and upon checking the internet, dumating po sa CA Oct 6 pa po.
I was wondering kung kailan ko po marereceive yung ELIGIBILITY ko and is it through mail or sa e-mail po ba darating yun?
I just want to know how long does it actually take to issue the eligibility. or dapat na po ba akong tumawag sa BRN to verify if theres any problem with my papers? wala pa po kasi akong narereceive na feedback from the BRN, kahit sa mail or sa E-mail.
I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Nurse Nonoy im just worried i passed all my requirements last july, pero hanggang nagyon wala pa yung eligibility ko. Mga ilang months pokaya yun? Sabi nila 6 months daw po, eh natatkot po ako tumawag to check kungnareceive nila lahat kasi sabi nila kapoag daw tumawag ka mas lalo idedelay yung process. totoo po ba yun? Please reply po.

Sir Nonoy I have a question about reregistering for NCLEX-RN exam sa State of New York.
I took my first exam last March 2008 (Philippines) but unfortunately, hindi po ako pumasa. Now I’m here in New York and I’m ready to take the exam again after almost 10 months.
Kailangan ko pa po ba ulit mag submit ng application form sa New York State Education Department or pwede na po ako kaagad magpa register sa Pearson Vue.

Of course you’re qualified. But before your register, you have to choose a state and apply for eligibility. See my post on how to apply for nclex.

Just wanna ask why I can’t access into my account at pearson vue.. I registered last night at around 10pm (Jan.5,2010), upon registration, i wasn’t asked about my password, only the username. But I was about to print my receipt and noted down the order number they sent me.. This message appeared on my screen when I’m trying to open my account “We sent a note containing a link for resetting your password to the email address you used to sign up for a Pearson VUE account. You should receive it in a few minutes. To ensure you receive the email please add pearson.com to your Safe Senders or address book.”… The problem is I haven’t received yet any email or confirmation from pearson vue and can’t access into my account. I just had an access into my pearson vue account and upon checking my e-mail address, it is wrong. My correct e-mail address is qcleofemarie@yahoo.com NOT qcleofemane@yahoo.com.. You have to apply for eligibility first sa state, before registering with pearson vue. yes you can pay using bankdraft.

another problem, in page 12 of my registration on the billing address. it seems like a default page. i was able to uncheck the box pero di po nagrefresh so i wasn’t able to change the address.address ko po ung nakalagay dun insead na ung adress ng tita ko who owns the credit card. pwede po bang ulitin ang pagreregister?

Approved ka na ba ng state board mo? You can pay using bank draft. You have to register para ma issue ang ATT.

oo nareciv ko na letter of eligibility, medyo naguguluhan lang ako dun sa mode of payment, through bank draft ko na lang papadala along with the registration form ko, pwede naman yun diba? tsaka dun sa nabasa ko sa pearsonvue may dagdag na $150 sa mga magtetest internationally, so dapat $350 ang ipadala ko?

No. You only send $200 for registration. Pwede i bankdraft. Yung $150 for scheduling, dapat talaga may credit card kasi thru phone yung payment ng scheduling. Maghanap ka nalang ng credit card sa mga relatives mo.

hi sir, i know mdyo repetitive na tanong..my first name is julianne cassandra and during my att application, i read that wen your name is too long print as much as will fit. so wen i got my att, only julianne cassan only appeared. will i still be able to take the exam bcoz i read that the name on ur att should match the i.d. presented. im planning to schedule my nclex exam already. pls sir need much of your help. thank you so much

Hi Sir Nonoy! Im having a problem with my registration. After I clicked CONFIRM REGISTRATION, I just returned to the main page and I didn’t receive any email with the username and password. Am I registered or not?
And I have another concern Sir. I used my father’s credit card but I didn’t UNCHECK the Billing address matches address below box. He is located in Saudi and not here in Manila. What am I going to do?

Maybe there’s a technical problem, it happens. You can register again; the system will just decline your registration if your first attempt was successful.

I have a question regarding about my ATT, upon printing my ATT i totally have a different address printed on my att because i was using my sister’s address at america for mailing purposes only which i was their for a vacation and applying for my Nclex application…how can i change my ATT to my address here in the phils?… it say’s in the info that i have to match my name and address to my identification card which is my passport. i think it doesnt say that address must match, just the name. please read it again. besides, passport doesnt have an address, and its the only accepted ID for international testing centers.
