I think every NBI offices have personnel who knows how to take fingerprints.

If they credited subjects from your previous school, you just have to submit the docs(TOR, RLE, etc) from the school where you graduated

Walang form na galing California para sa PRC. If you dont have a license, just have an explanation letter and the certificate of passing/board rating from prc to prove that you have passed the nle and your license is on process.

You need those certificates to prove that you passed the NLE, melinda. I suggest you find a way to get those docs.

Actually, its not about nclex expiration. It’s about the SSN requirement. You’re given 3 yrs to comply with that after passing the nclex, or else your files will be destroyed.

Here’s the retake form. Fill this up and send to California plus the $75 retake fee, 45 days after receiving your nclex result. Then in about a month, California will issue you another eligibility letter.

No, based on the first page of CA application instructions, you only have to pay the application fee of $75. Yung $126 is $75 for application fee and $51 for fingerprint card.

Yes, you can put March 2010. You can find the exam center number in page 19 of application form or in the CGFNS website.

Regarding the name of the diploma, ilagay mo kung ano ang nakasulat sa diploma mo. Usually, kung primary/elementary and HS/secondary we just put ‘Diploma’, but in nursing certificate its ‘Bachelor of Science in Nursing’. Tapos you can check the degree obtained space across it.

Dont worry, na delay lang yan. Maybe they had made that letter before they received the documents from school. It happens.

We’ve had cases like yours, just request TOR from the school you graduate, kasi naka indicate din doon yung mga accredited subjects from other schools.

Yes, no CES for endorsements. I suggest you apply initially at states that issue license without SSN. Yung california kasi walang license without SSN e.

I suggest you finish all the exams before getting hospital experience. Sorry my knowledge is only limited to US exams preparation.

Yung sa #3, Visascreen certificate yun. Tama yung mga sinabi nya kaya lang matatagalan ka sa #5 kasi retrogression. Unavailable ang immigrant visa ’til 2010; and the latest na pina process is may 2005 pa lg, so thats 4 years delayed.

Process your CES first, sa CGFNS, and Vermont is suggesting that you do it online. Im on the process of making a post on how to do it.
Since July 1, no more VoE and VoL to Vermont. Instead CES na ang education credentials and nursing license verification.

If you are residing in or near California, you may obtain the triplicate form for Live Scan service from the Board of Registered Nursing, complete the sections marked with a red X, and take it to a Live Scan site along with your fee for processing. At the Live Scan site they will scan your fingerprints electronically and transmit them immediately for processing. After you have had your fingerprints scanned, 1st copy of form is kept by the Live Scan Operator, attach the 2nd copy of your Live Scan form to your licensing application packet when you mail it to the Board of Registered Nursing. Retain 3rd copy of form for your records.

You can put filipino. Check your transcript for the date of nursing req completion. Yes, just leave the SSN space blank. But you have to supply it later for your licensed to be issued.

Yes they will mail you if there is deficiency in your application. Wait for it in 1-2 months.

You’re US citizen na? You can send them a letter explaining your case or you can wait for your license and send a copy to them.

I suggest you have somebody process your license and license verification sa prc, tapos i send na lang sa ‘yo dyan.
